A project to prepare repeatable handover reports for GIS inventories.

I am preparing a tool to produce client-specific handover packs for municipal point-asset inventories: a PDF report, a CSV of findings, a QGIS-compatible issue layer and a provenance manifest.

The repository currently contains the product brief, architecture, development foundation and synthetic reference materials. The report engine, API and web interface are not implemented yet.

The sample PDF and dataset illustrate the intended output. They are not reports generated by the product or evidence from customers.
