Territorial Change Monitor

I am building a tool to compare two Sentinel-2 observations, mask invalid pixels and highlight candidate spectral changes.

The current MVP runs offline with recorded data from an area in Navarre. It includes a command-line workflow, an NDVI difference calculation and a local MapLibre report with data provenance.

It helps review where a change may have occurred. It does not determine its cause, and it is not a live monitoring service.
